On the following form, please fill in all fields marked with an * and click "Register" then.

If you want to change your registration data retroactively, please click "My FORUM" in the navigation bar on the left.

Before logging in the first time, all freelancers and candidates who registered before November 2005 must once assign a user name in the new FORUM for SAP. With your old IDs you cannot login anymore.

If you want to assign or change your user name for login, please click here.

On the following pages you can assign a user name yourself by using your customer ID and password.

If you would like to order/cancel the newsletter about job offers, bids, job searches or freelancers, please click the link "My FORUM" in the navigation bar on the left.

In order to place a job search, you must register with the FORUM for SAP first.

Then please login with your user name under "My FORUM" in the navigation bar on the left.

On the following page you can publish your job search under "Place/Change Job Search".

In order to place a job search, you must register with the FORUM for SAP first.

Then please login with your user name under "My FORUM" in the navigation bar on the left.

On the following page you can publish your job search under "Place/Change Freelancer Profile".

When I try to login, I receive one of these two error messages:

"Error: Password is wrong or user has not been activated. (Click the link in your confirmation e-mail to activate access.)"

"Error: User was not found."

Then click here please and provide your registered e-mail address on the following page. Within a few moments you will receive an e-mail with your actual access data.
(If your access has not been activated, you will receive the link for activating your account with this mail again. You must click this link again then.)

I do not receive an error message when I enter my user name and password but the login page appears again and I don´´t get any further.

In order to get access to the contact data of the candidates, you must register with the FORUM for SAP first.

Under "I am interested in the following services of the FORUM for SAP:" please choose "Access database of job candidates". Before you get access to the contact data, your account must be activated by one of our employees.

If you choose "Access database of job candidates" when you register, our employees will contact you for all further steps.

In order to get access to the contact data of the freelancers, you must register with the FORUM for SAP first.

Under "I am interested in the following services of the FORUM for SAP:" please choose "Access database of freelancers". Before you get access to the contact data, your account must be activated by one of our employees.

If you choose "Access database of freelancers" when you register, our employees will contact you for all further steps.

In order to get access to the bidding database, you must register with the FORUM for SAP first.

Under "I am interested in the following services of the FORUM for SAP:" please choose "Access bidding database". Before you get access to the bidding database, your account must be activated by one of our employees.

If you choose "Access bidding database" when you register, our employees will contact you for all further steps.

In order to place job offers yourself, you must register with the FORUM for SAP first.

Under "I am interested in the following services of the FORUM for SAP:" please choose "Self placement of job offers". Before you can place job offers yourself, your account must be activated by one of our employees.

If you choose "Self placement of job offers" when you register, our employees will contact you for all further steps.

If you decide for self placement of your ads, you can choose from 3 different alternatives:

1. Place ad using standard layout
The ad is shown on a standard form. Furthermore, you may add your company logo to the text of the ad.

In order to format the text of your ad, you can use regular html expressions.

Please note: The list of valid HMTL expressions is limited. Additionally, by security reasons, you can not directly save as HTML via our form. If you use HTML code, you must first change the < and > to square brackets. These square brackets will be translated back to the correct HTML tags by our server.

2. Linking to an external URL
If your job offer already exists on the Internet, you can directly link from the FORUM for SAP to this external site.

You only have to fill in the form an enter the link at "External Link".

Please note: If you link your ad to an external URL, the content of the field "Text of Ad" is not shown. You can enter search words into this field. By those words your ad wil be found.

3. Upload finished HTML ad
If your ad is a finished HTML file, you can easily store this file on our server.

Please note: The HTML file must be named default.htm or default.html. You must archive the HTML site and all corresponding files (style sheets, images etc.) into a .zip-file. Using the form, you can store the .zip-file on our server then.

If you upload a finished HTML ad, the content of the field "Text of Ad" is not shown. You can enter search words into this field. By those words your ad will be found.
